New livery with new colours and a season to experience with enthusiasm. After months of work, Sim Freem eSports and Sim Maranello have announced the birth of a new partnership, after which the team will be named. Merging passion, enthusiasm, and ambition, the new team is ready to conquer the top ranks in the gaming arena. Strengthened by past victories, the team’s drivers are ready to achieve new important milestones and their debut at the Virtual Endurance Championship in Monza provides  clear proof of this.

A dream debut in the top class of the Virtual Endurance Championship!

The first escapade in the top class of the Virtual Endurance Championship couldn’t have started better: Lorenzo Arisi and Christian Malghera dominated the 6 Hours of Monza at the wheel of the Cadillac DPi 21, taking home an exciting victory in their debut in the class.

The performance of reigning LMP2 world champions Rens Klop, Andrea Terzi, and Rik van Aerle was also commendable, as they crossed the finish line in sixth position aboard the Oreca 36.

The day was less fortunate for the other DPi in the race, though, the number 15 driven by Gianluca Scalvini, Danilo Smeriglio, and Federico Soave. Despite the pole position achieved during the qualifiers, the trio had to settle for tenth place in the final.

A great injection of confidence for the team!

An exciting debut, then, for the team, which demonstrated great potential and competitive prowess. The win by Arisi and Malghera will inject confidence that will last the entire season.
